Prohibited and Restricted Products Policy
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their proposed products comply with all legal requirements before listing on the sales platform and are approved for listing and sale in accordance with Wowma's terms and policies. For the convenience of sellers, Wowma provides below a guide to examples (non-exhaustive list) of prohibited and restricted products that are not allowed to be sold on Wowma. Wowma will update this guide from time to time as necessary. Sellers are advised to visit this page regularly for relevant updates.
1 Violation of Wowma's Terms of Service
If this "Prohibited and Restricted Products Policy" is violated, the seller may be subject to a series of unfavorable measures, including but not limited to any or all of the following:
- Deletion of posted products or information
- Restriction of account permissions
- Suspension and termination of accounts
- Freezing of account funds, or direct deduction of account funds to compensate for Wowma's losses when necessary
- Legal action
2 List of prohibited and restricted products (to be updated from time to time, for more information, please refer to the embargo list, logistics guidance manual, etc. published on the Wowma platform)
(I) Imitation guns, military and police supplies, and dangerous weapons:
1. Firearms, ammunition, munitions and imitations;
2. Controlled devices that can cause others to temporarily lose their ability to resist and cause serious physical harm to others;
3. Firearms, ammunition, munitions and related equipment, accessories, ancillary products, and imitation crafts;
4. Controlled knives, crossbow accessories and batons, darts, axes, blowguns, knives with bloodletting grooves and other controlled instruments that may be used to endanger the personal safety of others, as well as electric shock devices used for personal defense;
5. Self-defense equipment, equipment and facilities such as sprayers and liquid sprayers that may cause harm to the human body;
6. Police and military uniforms, signs, equipment and products;
7. Relevant products or information with religious, racial discrimination and anti-religious beliefs.
(II) Inflammable and explosive items, toxic chemicals and drugs:
1. Inflammable and explosive items;
2. Highly toxic chemicals;
3. Drugs, drug-making raw materials, drug-making chemicals and addictive drugs;
4. Fireworks and firecrackers;
5. Dangerous chemicals prohibited from sale in the national or regional list;
6. Drug-taking tools and accessories;
7. Relevant tutorials and books on how to make inflammable and explosive items.
(III) Information that endangers national security, politics and social stability:
1. Information that is reactionary, undermines national unity, undermines sovereignty and territorial integrity, undermines social stability, involves state secrets, disrupts social order, promotes terrorism, extremism, incites ethnic hatred, undermines national unity, promotes cults and superstitions, promotes religious and racial discrimination, or books, audio-visual products, videos, documents and materials that are prohibited from being published and distributed by laws and regulations, and books and products that are eliminated or stopped from being sold by the state;
2. Products or information that damages the honor and reputation of the country, distorts, vilifies, blasphemes, denies the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, glorifies the facts of aggression by other countries, or promotes militarism
3. Political books and periodicals that are not suitable for domestic distribution, and confidential books, audio-visual products, videos, documents and materials for collection;
4. Stamp collecting products prohibited by the state and philatelic products produced without the approval of the postal industry management department, as well as postal products issued after 1949 containing the words "Republic of China";
(IV) Pornographic, vulgar, and aphrodisiac products:
Yellow, obscene products, pornographic advertisements and sexual services
1. Audiovisual products and videos containing pornographic and obscene content; pornographic chat and prostitution services; accounts and invitation codes of adult website forums;
2. Oral or external aphrodisiac products and artificial hymens that can cause others to temporarily lose their ability to resist and become confused; "triazolam", "fly powder", "fly water" and other sex toys;
3. Software and pictures used to spread pornographic information; audiovisual products containing erotic, violent, and vulgar content; original underwear and related products;
4. Animation, reading materials, games and pictures containing erotic, violent, and vulgar content;
5. Vulgar products on the Internet.
(V) Products or services involving personal safety and privacy:
1. Software and equipment used for monitoring, stealing privacy or confidentiality;
2. Equipment used for illegal video recording, recording, evidence collection, etc.;
3. ID cards and ID card verification and reading equipment;
4. Software, tools, tutorials and products for stealing or cracking account passwords;
5. Personal privacy information and internal corporate data; providing services such as personal mobile phone positioning, phone list query, bank account query, etc.;
6. Selling, transferring, and recycling bank cards that have been invalidated or used for collection;
7. Automotive accessories such as car seat belt buckles that have traffic safety hazards.
(VI) Drugs and medical devices:
1. Psychotropic, anesthetic, toxic, radioactive, stimulant, and family planning drugs; non-drugs with added medicinal ingredients; drugs that are prohibited from production and use by the Drug Administration and announced by the state (except for the second item of this item);
2. Drugs, blood products or medical devices used to prevent and treat human diseases; drugs that are produced or imported without the approval of the drug supervision and administration department, or sold without inspection;
3. Injectable whitening injections, fat dissolving injections, filling injections, slimming injections and other beauty injections for human injection.
(VII) Illegal services and tickets:
1. Forging or altering documents, certificates, official seals, anti-counterfeit labels, etc. issued by state organs or specific institutions, as well as services that can only be provided by state organs or specific institutions;
2. Tickets (and services) that can still be used or used for reimbursement, foreign trade documents that can still be used, and services for customs declaration, list, commodity inspection, and document procedures;
3. Answers to national official examinations that have not yet been publicly issued;
4. Feudal superstition services such as fortune-telling, salvation, feng shui, and rituals;
5. Illegal agency services for automobiles;
6. Services related to writing papers and taking exams for others;
7. Products or information that hype blog popularity, hype website popularity, and proxy voting;
8. Legal consultation, psychological consultation, financial consultation, online doctor consultation, and related services;
9. Stocks, bonds, and other publicly issued securities;
10. Welfare lottery, sports lottery and all kinds of lottery, except for the case where the validity and circulation of their transfer are only for collection purposes.
(VIII) Animals, plants, animal and plant organs and animal hunting tools:
1. Human organs and remains;
2. Live animals, viscera, any limbs, fur, specimens or other manufactured products of national or regional key protected animals and endangered animals, fossils of extinct animals and existing national second-level or above protected animals;
3. Live plants under national protection;
4. Live terrestrial wild animals under national protection or with important economic and scientific research value, viscera, any limbs, fur, specimens or other manufactured products;
5. Related equipment and accessories of electric fishing devices;
6. Cat and dog meat, cat and dog fur, shark fins, bear bile and their manufactured products.
(IX) Software, tools or equipment involving illegal gains such as theft and illegal uses:
1. Illegal gains such as smuggling, theft, robbery, etc.
2. Illegal tools such as gambling equipment, cheating tools for exams, and car stopwatch equipment;
3. Satellite signal transceivers and software; instruments or equipment used for radio signal shielding;
4. Lock picking tools, lock opening services and related tutorials and books;
5. Multiple numbers on one card; wireless network cards with free Internet access, and devices that inform members that they can be used for free Internet access in the description information;
6. Software suspected of illegal uses such as fraud;
7. Goods that may be used to evade traffic management;
8. Lights that emit light using DC power feed from telephone lines;
9. All kinds of text messages, emails, software and services;
10. Pirated and counterfeit products;
11. Goods or services that infringe on the intellectual property rights and other legal rights of others;
12. Goods that users do not have the right to dispose of;
13. Illegal pyramid selling goods.
(X) Commodities that violate national administrative regulations or are not suitable for trading without permission:
1. Forged and altered currency and printing equipment;
2. RMB in circulation, currency of various countries and counterfeit RMB and currency of various countries;
3. Cultural relics suspected of violating relevant provisions of the "Cultural Relics Protection Law of the People's Republic of China";
4. Tobacco monopoly products and tobacco-specific machinery;
5. Unauthorized fundraising products;
6. Unauthorized licensed products for the Olympic Games, World Expo, Asian Games, etc.;
7. Cigarette labels, cigarette shells, cigarette cards, cigarette boxes;
8. Large-scale circulation of currencies of various countries and currency exchange services;
9. Logistics documents and numbers of postal parcels, EMS express delivery, express delivery, etc.;
10. Commodities that are subsidized or distributed free of charge by the state and cannot be transferred privately;
11. Military supplies, special supplies for state agencies, special supplies, etc.;
12. Radio stations.
(XI) Virtual goods:

12. Virtual products such as slow charging cards that cannot be credited within 72 hours;
13. SP business self-consumption products;
14. Domain names, E-mail addresses, etc.;
15. Virtual currencies in overseas accounts;
16. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Yuanbao Coin and other virtual currency transactions;
17. Computer software and related products, such as: scientific research software - a bank's operating system, a network company's database program, a missile launch program; (unauthorized software) tapes or CDs without registration numbers, etc., shared software; Beta or unpublished software. (Unauthorized software); OEM software that is not bundled with the same equipment; decryption software (to crack the password of genuine software); software with serial numbers, "cracked", "pirated" and other words; Mark Six lottery, fortune-telling software, horse racing and other software that can draw numbers; flash storage upgraded version and compressed version carrier;

(XII) Other categories:
1. Goods produced by manufacturers without production qualifications or that do not meet national, local, industry, or enterprise mandatory standards;
2. Goods identified, announced, or recalled by authoritative quality inspection departments or manufacturers, goods that have been eliminated or stopped from sale by the state, expired, invalid, or deteriorated goods, and finished products such as food, condiments, and skin care products containing poppy seeds;
3. Second kill devices and related software used to increase the success rate of second kills, and other software or services that interfere with the normal order of the platform;
4. Goods whose product standards, certification marks, ingredients, and contents indicated on the goods themselves or on the outer packaging do not meet national regulations;
5. Mobile phone direct dial cards and direct dial services, telephone call back cards and call back services;
6. Mobile phone card stickers with cracking functions;
7. Goods prohibited from export;
8. Goods that require authorization from the state or relevant government departments, such as cable TV, dish-shaped artificial satellite antennas, etc.;
9. Alarms that are not approved by relevant departments or are prohibited from production, sale, and possession;
10. Pagers (including stock machines, digital machines, and Chinese machines) with lifetime free service fees (information fees);
11. Other products that are strictly prohibited from trading by laws and regulations and products that Wowma believes are not suitable for trading on our website.
In addition to the prohibited and restricted products listed above, other products that are prohibited from entering or leaving the jurisdiction of the buyer and/or seller, any other illegal or restricted products, or products that will be used to encourage illegal or restricted activities are all prohibited and restricted products. For products that require special business licenses, sellers should provide relevant certification documents to Wowma in advance, and the sellers are responsible for reviewing the buyer's purchasing qualifications. Wowma does not bear any responsibility or obligation for this.
If you see a listing that violates Wowma's policies, please click the "Report this product" or "Report this user" button in the drop-down menu of the product or user page to report it to Wowma. If a policy violation occurs, Wowma will send an email, system message, and push notification to the seller to inform them that the product they posted has been removed from the Wowma website. Wowma will also send push notifications to buyers about the posted product. You should ensure that your mobile phone settings are unblocked and can receive push notifications in a timely manner.
